About Us

We started this endeavor as a means of controlling our own family pet, Sunny's allergies. We didn't like keeping her on allergy medicine all the time and we found that trying to find a commercial food that alleviated her itchy skin symptoms was next to impossible. Being the inquisitive, investigative researcher that I am, I rolled up my sleeves and dove in head first to find all of the information that I could on pet allergies and food. The diet that I found to work best for her was a combination of various veterinarian's suggestions, multiple books written on the topic, and much, much, much research and of course, good old trial and error. Immediately we saw a vast improvement in Sunny's health, energy level, and skin condition. It is our belief that all family pets should enjoy the comforts and benefits of home cooked, organic, natural foods and their owners should be able to obtain that food at a reasonable cost.
